Partnering with our programs means that you help us find and develop more social entrepreneurs, improving lives for even more children. Reach for Change ensures that investments grow into sustainable and measurable change through its Incubator program. Read more below about different partnership options.

Investment Partner
Our investment partners play an extremely important role in ensuring the sustainability of our Change Leaders' ventures. Investment partners select a Change Leader that they would like to support and commit to fund their work for up to three years. This support provides Change Leaders with access to Reach for Change's Incubator and allows them to focus their attention on developing their organizations, scaline their impact and preparing for the future.
As an investment partner, you directly sponsor an individual Change Leader. A Change Leader is a local social entrepreneur dedicated to improving children youth and women's lives who has been identified through our extensive selection process. Your investments gives the Change Leader the chance to focus fully on developing his or her innovative solution to a social need.
What you give:
As an Investment Partner, you contribute funding to one of the Change Leaders in Reach for Change's porfolio
What you get:
Transparency – Your contribution is channeled directly to the Change Leader of your choice, and you receive quarterly updates of the impact achieved by him or her.
Personal relationship – You have direct contact with the Change Leader, including opportunities for personal meetings and mutual learning.
Accelerated impact – Your contribution is matched by a support program from Reach for Change to help the Change Leader maximize their impact on children, youth and/or women, scale their initiative and reach financial sustainability. The Reach for Change support program includes coaching, training and monitoring and evaluation for up to 5 years.
Quality assurance – Reach for Change's extensive screening and selection process ensures the integrity of your investment.

Innovation Competition Partner
We are always looking for new ideas and new talent to make Africa a better place for children, youth and women. You can be a part of helping us find and support the very best social entrepreneurs by developing an innovation competition geared towards creating social impact in areas that are of particular interest to you.
Innovation competition partners select one or more of the six fields in which they want to invest: health & development, education, expression & participation, economic participation, child protection and social inclusion. Once the field of investment and the country for the challenge have been selected, Reach for Change and its innovation competition partner prepare and launch the campaign together to find the winning Change Leader who will be supported through our Incubator program and a fixed amount of funding to help their idea take off!
What you give
Innovation competition partners generally provide funding and resources to roll out innovation competitions, including grants for the winning social entrepreneurs and funding for their participation in our Incubator program. Each partnership has a unique agreement to ensure that the competition aligns with your budget, goals and strategies.
What you get
Measurable Social Impact: R4C has a proven model to select the highest potential social entrepreneurs and support them to achieve their set out social impact objectives for children. We measure and monitor these quantitatively (KPI indicators) and qualitatively (impact story-telling) to be able to capture and share the social change they are creating for children.
Brand and Consumer engagement – Co-branding rights, including development of co-branding platform for optimal return on investment. Program is launched through public campaign and PR. Customers may be invited to engaged in selecting what local entrepreneurs to support.
Employee Engagement– Co-workers get to use their particular skills for social good by actively participating in selection and development of social innovations.
Community and Government Relations – Key stakeholders nationally are invited to influence and participate in selection and support program, creating shared values and strengthening relations. Company shows genuine commitment to sustainable positive development in local markets.

Pro-bono partner
Be a part of developing social entrepreneurship in Africa by sharing your expertise and experience with our Change Leaders and Accelerator participants! As a pro-bono partner you commit to supporting Reach for Change by offering services or products that strengthen our work.
Main Benefits
Brand – Visibility on Reach for Change website, content for communication towards customers or stakeholders.
Engagement Opportunities – Depending on the nature of the partnership, pro-bono partners have various opportunitiesengage personally with with Reach fr Change and/or Change Leaders and to see first-hand the direct benefits that the partnership creates for Change Leaders.
Personal returns – Sharing your talents and expertise to enable local social entrepreneurs to develop and grow to impact children, youth and women in and of itself is a rewarding experience. in and of itself is the best reward that comes from a pro-bono partnership.

With more awareness about the smart, brave and passionate social entrepreneurs across our continent, we can better support our Change Leaders to develop sustainably, to scale and to create systemic change that will make Africa a better place for children, youth and women.
