Dominique Uwase Alonga is a smart, brave and passionate social entrepreneur who is changing the reading culture in Rwanda. She is the founder and CEO of Imagine We, a social enterprise publishing house that exposes children to quality literature through after-school reading clubs, donates books to build and enrich school libraries, trains prospective young authors and publishes Rwandan-written literature written by children and youth. One story at a time, Dominique and her team at Imagine We are fostering a rich reading and writing culture in Rwanda, and changing the lives of thousands of children in the process.
